Train journey to Nha Trang explained
Neo - "Mummy why are we on this train and where is daddy?"
So here is the answer to the question above -
Cutting a long story short - Daddy bought the train tickets ages ago, 3 hard sleepers From Saigon to Nha Trang, we got to the station early 5:30 am all good, all get on the train (past 2 ticket guards) 10 minutes later other Vietnamese people get on the train with the same seats (beds) so after checking tickets it turns out our were for LAST month, so daddy gets told to get off and buy new ones, leaving me, Diesel and mummy and ALL of the bags on the train. 10 minutes later daddy was still not back, mummy phoned him to find out that the station doors were locked to the train and at this point mummy was standing at the door trying to not let the guard shut the door but with no avail she was shoved back into the train, as it began to pull out of the station, leaving daddy stood at on the other side of the locked doors. So after 2 hours and no drinks, mummy and Diesel went for a walk up the train trying to find the drink cart, but instead ran into 5 guards, who order mummy to show her tickets, which of course she didn't have, so after attempting to explain a number of times these guards gradually got bored and started to leave, leaving just one who was adamant that Mummy and Diesel were to get off at the next stop, to which point mummy basically ran back to me and ALL the bags. Two stops and an hour later the train pulled into yet another station at which point 3 guards arrived at the doorway to the cabin, one grabbed Diesel, the other me, and the third mummy, thankfully together me and mummy managed to grab all of the bags, and could hear Diesel screaming all the way down the carriage, basically we were all thrown off the train at some random train station in the middle of nowhere. At this station nobody spoke English, but mummy managed to get new tickets for a train in 3 hours time (mummy says thank heavens for Google translate), unfortunately this was the only train which had any spare seats/beds to Nha Trang within 24 hours. So in total it took us 10 hours to do the journey from Saigon to Nha Trang.
Part 2, however daddy also bought the return tickets at the same time and when mummy checked these, they too were dated for January, arghhhh, so mummy tried to replace them with the correct dates (as originally the plan was to spend 4 nights in Nha Trang and then 2 nights in Mui Ne) but unfortunately there were no train seats/beds available so in the end the only thing within the 4 day window was 4 HARD seats. IF you read on later you will see what that journey was like !!!!
Oh for those of you concerned daddy finally caught up with with us in Nha Trang the following day, as he had to want for the next free seat/bed from Nha Trang (mummy did suggest catching a plane but he couldn't do that, as we had his passport with us on the train)

Mummy - "Neo go and brush your teeth and have a wash, so we can go out to I resort"
Neo - "What's the point of getting clean, just to get dirty"
Mummy - "Its not dirty, it's a special bath"
Neo - "Yeah a dirty mud bath, so what's the point"
