My Bike and the beach

We went to the beach, I had great fun but I didn't like the salty water the sea here is the saltiest sea ever in the whole wide world, even mummy says its salty and she has swam in a lot of seas.

Mummy says that has will be very brief just to get up all up to today, so here goes -

On Thursday we went bowling with a load of other new families it was great as all the adults took 2 lanes and us kiddies took over 2 lanes but for me and two of the girls it was the first time I have ever done bowling and it was boring with heavy balls, I kept picking them up and walking off with them but the adults kept worrying I was going to drop them (don't they know I am a mini strong/super man) I was suppose to push them down the lane between the bumper thingies but I rolled them and chased after them in all directions.

On Friday we went shopping to IKEA - boring!!!! I fell asleep but I know Mummy spent alot of money on daddies plastic card thing, but the best thing was when I woke up at home surrounded with new things JUST for ME.

On Saturday morning I woke up to find a big surprise in the front room a NEW TV and DVD player YEAH !!!! breakfast with Woody and Buzz. And in the afternoon/evening we went for a walk down the Corniche (which is the name for the beach and tourist strip)

On Sunday - Wednesday Mummy started at school but she says this week is all setting up and getting to know everyone, for those of you from mummies old work she says that she has two classrooms about the same size as her old rooms but only one store (which she needs Natalie to come and work her magic) she doesn't know what she's got but she does know is that she has a lot, she says 'yippee'. Oh yeah I forgot to say yes you did read right Sunday - today, workdays here are Sunday to Thursday.

Oh yeah I almost forgot my big news I spent the money which mummy and daddy were given from a couple of you for ME yesterday on a BRAND NEW SHINY BIKE I will post a couple of photos soon not only of my bike but my new house etc.. 

When I was buying my bike I decide to try it out in the shop, mummy and daddy was not impressed as I cycled from the bike section through the toys section through the large electrical appliances then through the laptop section all of which was at high speed with mummy running after me, hehe, (I didn't hit a thing not sure what her problem was) but once she turned me around I did the same in reverse but that time I did nearing run over an Arab, oops.

HOT HOT HOT

We are here at last, mummy says she is sorry if there are mistakes in this blog as she is struggling to type on an arabic keyboard and every thing going from right to left in addition to that none of the tabs are in english so she is having to remember what tabs are what - if you haven't guessed she is writting this at work.

So we arrived into Dubai about 7am on wednesday morning, all three of us were very tired - I managed to get 4 hours sleep on the flight but mummy and daddy moaned as I took up all three seats on the plane. once we had arrived we met another family who's mum is also going to be working with mummy, but we then had to wait around for another family to come in from Manchester, once they had arrived we said our hellos and moved into the OVEN aka outside to get a bus, we had a very slow 2hour drive from Dubai to our accomadtion in Abu Dhabi - so slow that the driver feel asleep on the main motorway and had to be poked to keep him awake.

My NEW appartment is massive it is on Abu Dhabi University campus which is 2 mins walk from mummies school, our appartment has 2 bedrooms but 4 bathrooms (not to sure what that is all about)but we also have a small maids room which we are using as ironing room but mummy says that some people have maids living in there I'm not sure how big the maids are but they can't be any bigger than me as the room is at least half the size of my OLD room. But the best thing about our new appartment is our new neighbours, we are living in 'D' block which has 8 appartments - 6 of which have little people for me to play with (between the ages of 2 and 6) - none of them are like my best friend Eva, Finn or Finley - just outside of block 'D' in the OVEN is a park which we can use before 11am and after 4pm anytime between then is just too hot I think my skin would melt and stick, I have to sit on a towel as it is. There is also a gym next to the park for daddy to work off his beer gut. There is also a pool at mummies school we can use but not at the moment as there is alot of building works going on there, so we have been told the health and safety line.

Mummy says she will post again very soon but she now needs to go to a meeting about setting up a bank account, which she says is important to enable me to get my pocket money - we do not yet have any internet in our appartment hence her having to post at school. She also says to tell you all that she can't access facebook or any other social network yet only her email, daddy can not access anything.

Fun in the park

Packing

Mummy and daddy packed up 2 suitcases, which mummy says has made her feel like we are actually going!!! Mummy says she wants to finish packing today but as that would mean stitch being packed (I have had stitch since I was 4 months old and I have only spent 2 nights away from him and I cried for him the whole night) so that is not going to happen until Tuesday.

Daddies here

YEAH at last my daddy has arrived, I have missed my daddy!! Today is all about daddy, mummy says I'm his little shadow as I will not let him out of my sight, but why should I because he always disappears.

Choo Choo

I spent half the day with pretty granddad, whilst mummy went up to London to say the stroppy lady in the embassy AGAIN! But me and granddad went to Jungle Jungle and pretended we were monkeys, tigers and lions. It was funny granddad was chasing me pretend he was a tiger lots of parents were looking at us smiling I think they were laughing at granddad as it looked like he was in the soft play areas on his own (he's far too big to go in there on his own, mummy says that he is special) I think he had fun as he kept saying come on lets go up there again.

In the afternoon me and mummy went to 'choo choo mansion' that is what mummy's friend Cookie calls her house, she is weird, we went to see her, Ffion, Jack and Andrew (her kids), they are SO loud all they do is shout, Andrew was naughty and wee'd on the garage floor (I am a big boy and use a loo).

Farm

Me, mummy and Nanna went to the farm I got to feed lots of animals and ride on the tractors. I could have picked up daddy from the train on here but there is not much room for him, plus mummy said that the tractor had to stay at the farm.

ho hum ....

Not much to say at this end, I am still here in lovely Hampshire with mummy, nana, granddad, Banksy (my big cat), Marble (my little cat) and paddy (my nana's cat). I don't really have any update or news for you all, nothing as changed mummy is STILL trying to sell her car, Daddy is still at Friday nannies working (he says 2 more days to go) and I am still here wearing out my pretty granddad - he's retired, mummy says that means he gets to spend lots of time with me, but he is used to doing his thing at his pace (fast) one of his hobbies is shouting at the ref's telling them that they are rubbish (well that's what my mummy says as 'Fudgy doughnuts' are - I'm not convinced that's what he says but mummy says it is) anyway on the whole it means he generally has a short fuse (or something like that) nana says he should count to 10 to stay calm, but I like to see if he can hold out to 10 or if I can make him moan and groan before. Yesterday me and Granddad spent the WHOLE day together and I think I have figured out what makes him explode, definitely tomato ketchup on the sofa (I mean alot wiped ALL the way down not a little bit that can be wiped off easily, hehe) or waiting until he is just about to doze off then attacking him with a pillow or running over his feet with my bike wheel, I also found that if I look at him just before I do anything and smile a cute smile first that helps wind him up - I love my granddad, but I love it when moans and flaps as he starts waving his arms about and looks like he is going to take off.

Oh yeah as for the count down - 6 days ...... until we board the plane.

Hampshire here we are ...

So we made it at last, after mummy spent almost all day looking and listening to the travel news yesterday, she made a decision to go at my bedtime last night (typical mummy upsetting my sleep pattern). We said a massive 'see you laters' to Friday nanny with lots of hugs and kisses and set off at half seven, shockingly mummy was right to do so as they had just reopened the whole 4 lanes as we neared the crash site (well in our direction, the traffic going the other way were all sat in their cars waiting), but the other added bonus was that my mummy must have been one of the only nutters who attempted to go on a road which the highway agency said to avoid. So we finally arrived just before nine - record time - I was just dozing off as we pulled into the village but Pretty Nana and granddad were so excited to see me, I woke up and played with them for a bit before burning myself out completely and went to bed.

This morning I got up and played with Nana and granddad, whilst mummy had a lay in, once mummy got up I then helped her tidy my car out, which as mummy would say was a mission, it was a mess!!!! I found lots of my half eaten biscuits and sweets, mummy told me I wasn't allowed to finish them but I had a sneaky one but Nana caught me :( . Earlier I help Nana making a roast dinner and it is now ready so I must go and eat it, as Banksy (my BIG cat) has already eaten some of my chicken and carrots?? (he is a weird cat) so Nana is getting me some more, which I need to eat before Banksy gets it again.

I was so excited and sad this morning I got up at 4am as mummy said we were going to pretty nannies/granddad's house (pretty nanna is called that because she wears a locket around here neck which she calls her pretty - it has a photo of my old grandad (mummies grandad) who mummy says is in the stars) which means that I would also be saying the biggest goodbye or as mummy likes to say see you later to Friday nanny and grandad. My mummy and daddy did not seem happy to see me at 4 this morning, I knew mummy would be grizzly she aways is in the morning but I thought daddy would be happy as he is staying in Kent for another week without me :( he keeps telling me that he is going to miss me lots and lots and that he will see me soon. Today he is in London with his mates 'the boys' he tries to sound young but he's not really, hehe. Anyway I'm still hat Friday nannies because of the M25 closure, which is great news for Friday nanny but not pretty nanna :S

Last few days in Kent . . .

Last night - Me, mummy, daddy, Friday nanny and Friday grandad (they are called Friday Nanny and Grandad as normally I would go to nursery Monday to Wednesday then go swimming with daddy on Thursday but on Friday I go to nannies, my daddy would drop me off in the morning on the way to work - hence the name Friday nanny) went out for a goodbye meal, I had a great time doing chin ups on the back of the chair nanny and mummy were sitting on, mummy and nanny kept saying 'no more' but it was getting me lots of attention from the lovely ladies on the next table, hehe.

Today - Me and mummy went to see Aunty Chelle (aka Turner) and Chris, I had fun playing with the bunnies and playing football with Chris whilst my mummy went to do really boring paperwork in Maidstone, but once my mummy was finished in town we went out for some food and best of all we got to see some horses. When we dropped Chelle and Chris back at their house I gave them both MASSIVE squeezey cuddles as I will miss them lots x x Me and mummy then went to our old house but on the way mummy stopped off at a boring shop, I kept telling her I was bored but she wasn't listening so just as she managed to pull up and swimming costume (which was TOO small) I made an escape under the changing room door and just fast enough so mummy could not grab me, when she opened to door looking very stressed out I ran into the store laughing I said 'it was funny' mummy said 'IT WAS NOT FUNNY' but I won as she didn't try anymore clothes (yeahhh). When we arrived at our old house there were some people in there, mummy said that they live there now so we collected the post and left, but that was good as it meant I was able to go to the park, where we bumped into Eva and her daddy. I love Eva, when my mummy spotted Eva and told me both me and Eva had massive smiles on our faces, as I never thought I would see her again other than on Skype we played in the park together for ages I was soooo happy, mummy and Eva's daddy kept taking lots of photos of us probably as we were so happy, mummy says we look so cute together, I was sad to say goodbye again to Eva but muumy got so good photos of us and some videos too, I have attached one for you all to see x x

Tears :(

Today was my last day at nursery ' me no go nursery no more', I was in a very cuddly mood today as I was trying to get in my last cuddles from everyone who I love, like my best friend Eva, my carers Hannah and Emma, I am going to miss you all sooooo much, I have had such a great time at nursery and it is because of my special friends and carers who have made it so great. I hope that I can stay in touch with ALL of my friends during my adventures and that we can meet up next summer when I come back to visit. My mummy also had a busy, sad and cracking day today, as she FINALLY finished cleaning, packing up the house and handed in the keys to the esate agent this morning and then spent the rest of the day with Wendy in Canterbury, where as you can guess visited Marcus (as my mummy says - the best piercer in Kent/South East). As for my Daddy well he went to work - boring daddy...

Last day of nursery tomorrow

 Tomorrow is my last day at nursery, my mummy is getting all upset but I'm not really sure why as it is my last day not hers. I keep asking my mummy and daddy can my friends (especially my best friends Eva and Finn) come to play with me in Abu Dhabi, but they keep saying no :( I am going to miss my little friends, it won't be right to go swimming without Theo. I really hope that Eva gives me a big cuddle tomorrow, as I love her. I tell my mummy this all the time. I will also miss the fun games I play with finn with our gun fingers, pow pow x Well I must go now as I am going to have a VERY busy day tomorrow x x
