So we made it at last, after mummy spent almost all day looking and listening to the travel news yesterday, she made a decision to go at my bedtime last night (typical mummy upsetting my sleep pattern). We said a massive 'see you laters' to Friday nanny with lots of hugs and kisses and set off at half seven, shockingly mummy was right to do so as they had just reopened the whole 4 lanes as we neared the crash site (well in our direction, the traffic going the other way were all sat in their cars waiting), but the other added bonus was that my mummy must have been one of the only nutters who attempted to go on a road which the highway agency said to avoid. So we finally arrived just before nine - record time - I was just dozing off as we pulled into the village but Pretty Nana and granddad were so excited to see me, I woke up and played with them for a bit before burning myself out completely and went to bed.
This morning I got up and played with Nana and granddad, whilst mummy had a lay in, once mummy got up I then helped her tidy my car out, which as mummy would say was a mission, it was a mess!!!! I found lots of my half eaten biscuits and sweets, mummy told me I wasn't allowed to finish them but I had a sneaky one but Nana caught me :( . Earlier I help Nana making a roast dinner and it is now ready so I must go and eat it, as Banksy (my BIG cat) has already eaten some of my chicken and carrots?? (he is a weird cat) so Nana is getting me some more, which I need to eat before Banksy gets it again.
